Welcome to my Portfolio
Hi, I’m Salomon. I apply machine learning and data-driven methodologies to bioinformatics and health research.
My career sits at the intersection of three domains: bioinformatics, biosensing, and biomedicine. This path integrates the scientific rigor developed during my postdoctoral research with substantial experience in the IT industry. As a result, I approach research and technical development with a service-oriented mindset, engaging stakeholders, defining complex requirements, and translating challenging biological questions into concrete, reproducible solutions.
As a Senior Technical Writer, I have also worked as a mentor, technical lead, consultant, and open-source contributor. Across these roles, I focus on enabling collaboration within cross-functional teams and aligning technical outputs with stakeholder needs. With over 10 years of academic writing experience and more than four years in technical writing, I specialize in translating complex scientific and computational concepts into clear, structured, and accessible documentation for diverse audiences.
Lastly, I'm eligible to work internationally across Europe and Latin America — no sponsorship required.
